When you compare two units, ask for the built area, the land area and the garden for each. The published figure alone will not settle it, because the garden changes from unit to unit depending on where it sits in the row.

Corner townhouses

A corner townhouse is the unit at the end of the row. It gets an extra facade, a wider garden, and one attached neighbour instead of two.

That makes it dearer than a middle unit, by a margin that varies with the phase and where the row sits. Supply is limited by the shape of the thing: however long a row is, it has exactly two corners.

Ask what corner units are open and what the premium is now, because both move with every release.

Finishing and handover
